Precautions for installing dimming film

The installation of the dimming film must be carried out in a dust-free natural environment, and the installation must be aligned from the bottom to the top. When the dimming film is consistent with the glass part, the dimming film 2-3 cm above is tightly attached to the glass, and use a hand pressing roller to drive away the bubbles from left to right. In order to ensure the installation of dimming film, it is necessary to master the precautions for dimming glass manufacturers to install dimming glass. The keys are as follows:

1.There must be no water on the surface of the glass, it must be a dry patch for electrostatic adsorption.

2. When taking the film and storing it or applying it, make sure to operate more than two people to avoid the film being squeezed and broken. Check whether the size is correct; the film is 2mm smaller than the glass.

Please check whether the surface of the dimming film has a bad appearance before pasting, and test whether

the diaphragm works normally.

3. Please clean the glass before applying the film to ensure that the glass is free of dirt, dust, dry surface, and water mist.

4. There are protective films on both sides of the dimming film. Please be careful not to tear the liquid crystal layer when tearing the protective film; during the pasting process, tear the protective film while applying it,and do not tear it off completely to prevent dust from entering; during the pasting process, you must deal with bubbles immediately and do not wait until all of them are pasted before processing.

5. The dedicated power supply provided by us must be used. It is prohibited to directly connect to the 220v mains power supply. Note that the input and output terminals of the dedicated power supply cannot be reversed, and the wiring must not be exposed to avoid short circuits in conjunction.

6. After applying the film, connect the wiring one red and one black, and use the other red and one black as the spare wire to wrap it with insulating tape as the spare wire.

7. After the film is pasted, special glass glue should be used to seal the edges and electrodes. The special glass glue provided by us must be used (wooden frames and other easily deformed materials are not allowed to be glued, and electroplated aluminum materials should not be glued, and rubber strips are recommended to be fixed).
