Louver dimming film is an intelligent film that combines dimming technology and blind effects. It can switch between transparent and opaque states, while simulating the grille effect of the blinds to achieve diverse light adjustment functions.
PDLC dimming film: In the power-off state, liquid crystal molecules are arranged in disorder, light scattered, showing a matte effect; after power-on, liquid crystal molecules are arranged in order, light can penetrate, and it is transparent.
Grid-type ITO conductive layer: Some louver dimming films use segmented ITO (indium tin oxide) conductive layer, which independently controls the electric fields in different areas, simulates the opening and closing effect of the blinds, and achieves local transparency or light shading.
